Canmore and the Bow Valley
August 2002: The summit of Mount Allan provides a clear view of the town of Canmore and the Bow Valley. The Fairholme Range is on the right, and Cascade Mountain, 2998 m, dominates the view on the left horizon. The Bow River makes a left turn in front of Cascade. The broad valley in the centre is the valley of the Cascade River.
