Hikers on Ha Ling

September 2002: Two hikers and a pack-carrying dog make their way up the trail near the summit. The channel in the valley below was built to carry water from the Spray Lakes Reservoir and Goat Pond to a hydroelectric plant in Whiteman's Gap.
