Harlequin Ducks
September 2006: The rare and endangered Harlequin duck, which prefers swift-flowing mountain streams for breeding, is one of the bird species found in Mount Robson Provincial Park. The more colourful males have long since headed for the Pacofoc Coast, leaving the drabber females and immature males behind.
